I’m a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and founder of ReviveEase Care. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Kinesiology, where I discovered my passion for the science of movement and its powerful role in healing.

With many years of experience working with cardiac rehabilitation patients and those managing chronic diseases, I specialize in creating personalized exercise programs that help my clients regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.
